The preparation meeting for the upcoming workshop in Ethiopia on  Inclusiveness took place virtually on 19 April 2024. A document was provided to all the partners to start self-diagnosing the situation of their institutions around inclusion individually, to speculate about potential valuable avenues, and to bring the results to the workshop in Addis Ababa in late May for further discussion.

The meeting started with a short introduction to define a framework for inclusiveness, to introduce and review the key concepts on the topic, and to present these concepts integrated into a framework useful for further analysis and decision-making. During the meeting, the consortium dove into the different dimensions, roles, and moments of inclusion in Higher Education. The last part of the meeting was devoted to designing the action plans and the results of the upcoming activity after its completion.
